So… Something went haywire on my PC last night and has rendered my only desktop computer unusable for the time being. I am getting graphic artifacts on the screen at the desktop AND during boot which leads me to believe that I could have a bad MoBo. It also could be the PSU, RAM or CPU so I’m testing everything one at a time. I swapped out the video card with the stock card I still had to see if the problem was just the video card. Keeping fingers crossed.
